Deleted domain name

I deleted all my settings and domain name from WordPress. I wanted to delete my custom domain from WordPress, but now I am afraid I lost it (I still wanted to be able to use it independently). Is it possible to link it again to wordpress? Or is is completely lost?
The domainname is: http://www.jannejanssensanimation.com
It is quite important to my professional contacts that my website domain name does not change.
