Difference between uploads folder on site and hosting

    Hi, I was checking my uploads folder in my hosting package as I got a notification it’s almost full (which suprised me a bit). After checking I can see there a ton of images which take up a significant amount of storage but when checking them in my media library on my site in wordpress I cannot find those images. Have also already run the Image Cleaner plugin as well as Imsanity plugin but none of them seem to solve the issue nor remove those images from my hosting package. Any suggestions to what I can do about this?
