Elementor builder keeps on showing loading wheel

  Hi!

  I’ve tried a huge number of things, talked to different support people but my problem is still here:
  I made a website nikshoeve.com with a free version of Elementor. Somewhere in the process, the developers version of Elementor is turned on, which I actually don’t want anymore because I’ve read that you should not use it at a live website: it’s unstable then.

  So thats problem 01: If I let support remove the developers version and return to the normal version of Elementor, half of my website is gone.

  Then there is problem 02: I can’t access the builder anymore. I’ve been reading forms about troubleshooting plugins and I’ve done that. Found out which plugin is the problem, but if I turn it off: half of the website is gone and the menu is also gone. And I keep on getting a popup screen saying I need the plugin for the theme I’m working with.

  My hosting is done by wordpress, they’ve tried to help me so good even though Elementor is a third party plugin so actually they’re not allowed to help me. But they couldn’t fix my problem.

  Is there someone who has an idea how to fix this problem?
  
  The Elementor customer support doesn’t respond because my client doesn’t have a license. I do have a license but with another website, tried a workaround by starting a chat in my own website but support trew me out as soon as they heard it was about a website without a license. Although I’m a customer for a while now, and never asked for support. So trying to find a way; maybe somebody at this forum does know how to fix this problem without losing the half of our website?
