error – internal error or misconfiguration

    I just tried to update my WooCommerce on my wordpress website and got an instant error. The current version of woocommerce is 4.9.2. Can you tell me how to fix this so I can safely update my woocommerce?

    Error:
    Bijwerken mislukt: 500 Internal Server
    Error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at (e-mail alleen zichtbaar voor moderators en personeel) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    I already emailed (e-mail alleen zichtbaar voor moderators en personeel) –> doesn’t exist.

    I contacted the company where I run my domain and database. Their response:

    I see in the error that they are asking you to mail to the following mailaddress:
    (e-mail alleen zichtbaar voor moderators en personeel)

    I would like to ask you to reach out to them, since we don’t give support within WordPress.
