Export WordPress.com with theme ‘assembler’ to wordpress.org possible?

    Is it possible to export the theme assembler with my settings from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

    From Hostinger I get the following answer:
    in this case WordPress.com is its own site builder, so it gives you direct access to the site’s files, so it’s not possible to migrate the files themselves. That’s why only the content can be migrated, the structure of the website made using a theme as in your case actually needs to be redone, this is a limitation of WordPress.com

    I have already built almost the complete website with this theme..
    When I follow the general export guide I can only export the media of the website.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
