File block download gives 401 error

  Hi,
  When I add a word document to a file block and try to download the document either my browser tells me authorization is required or when I click the file name i access a 401 page (http://www.kvlvzomergem.be/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/leeg-voorbeeld.docx). I already tried to adjust my file and folder permissions as described here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/.

  I am using WordPress 5.1.1

  https://kvlvzomergem.be/ is not hosted on WordPress.com. It seems to be hosted at https://www.protagonist.nl/ and is using the WordPress.org software.
