Get website back online?

  My website http://www.monster-van-ness.com was suddenly gone. My domain name is still valid. On the forum I got advised to contact my hosting. Bluehost says they can’t help me, they refer me to Wild West Domains, the company that sold me the domain on WordPress. Wild West Domains says they can’t help me, they tell me to contact WordPress. I’ve send a message to the helpdesk, but no reply. I can’t become a customer to another host (like one.com) because they need my EPPcode and only the former host can give that to me. I’m completely lost. Where can I find the right answer for this?
