Homepage doesn’t save adjustments (using WPBakery page builder)

  Hi,

  I have a problem with my page as soon as I install it as my homepage. I can adjust all the settings just fine as long as it isn’t the homepage, but when I select settings>read and install the specific page as a homepage, all my former adjustments are gone. When I save changes within WPBakery page builder, and then preview my page, I can see my components, but when I click on ‘update’, I only see my footer.

  I tried duplicating the homepage and then installing the duplicate as the homepage: same problem occurs.

  Any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

  When I duplicated the homepage, all the adjustments could be saved in the duplicate. But then as soon as I installed the duplicate as the homepage, the adjustments weren’t saved correctly again.
