How can the free theme shoreditch be made responsive (like it says it would)?

The site with this theme is in my case not readable on small screens even if you take away the picture, the page remains very small on a mobile device. Any tips how to fix this?
De blog waarbij ik hulp nodig heb is (alleen zichtbaar voor ingelogde gebruikers).

On iphone with safari the site shows the whole page instead of scaling it into a readable format comparable to the shoreditch example site on wordpress.
