karuna theme I can't find the Featured color Palettes

    I made a webiste in the karuna themeand in the demo there is said that you can change the featured color paletts. With this sentce : ‘Karuna includes six free featured palettes, found under Customize → Colors & Backgrounds, to switch up the theme’s look and feel.’ However I can’t find where to do this. If a go to theme and customize background there is no option for this. Can anybody help me?
