List of subscribers

  Since Three month I have the blog http://www.sylivingstone.com. By subscribing using the jetpack widget people can get a message When I post something. I can see on the list who have subscibed. The strange thing is that some people have subscribed and receive e-mails but do not show up on the list (including my son). How is this possible and How can I fix it to make the list complete and accurate ( useful if I want to send a message to all subscribers but then the list must be complete).
  Who has a solution?
