Move complete WordPress.com site to other host

  Hello.

  Is there a way I can move my entire WordPress.com website (including all pages, content, theme, visuals,…) to another hosting platform using WordPress.org?

  The host is https://www.combell.com/en/

  Combell told me they need FTP data, Mysql data and the admin login of my website. But I can’t get access to this data.

  How can I manage this?
