Move header menu above picture home page

  Hi I’m currently working with the Spicepress theme. The menu bar is default under the image. I want to put the menu on top of the page. how can i do this? i’ve read in the community on that it can be done through mu-plug ins. is there maybe an easier way? I don’t understand where i can adjust this in my theme. Can someone please help me further. Thanks!
