Hello,
I have a problem wich i really would like fixed. I´m creating a website for a client trough wordpress. Since i always use webflow i wanted to try wordpress. Now i was creating a website through wpjelly.com. This is an easy drag & drop system wich you can later import to wordpress.
After building the site i wanted to import it. so i did. All of the sudden i lost all control over my wordpress account. My account is set to a free plan and cant acces the premium features anymore. I paid 3 days ago and it worked fine.
When i look in my account at purchases it says im not a user of Infraway BV anymore and cant manage the purchase. Also i cant connect with the live chat because thats a premium feature i cant acces anymore. I dont think this is the way how it is suspossed to go. Since i have to deliver the website on time to my client im creating a new one through webflow and would like a refund on the wordpress business plan.
Since i cant do this myself anymore i have to ask it here. I dont know what to do and i really want it fixed.

Infraway22059050.wordpress.com is the primary domain. At first i had a different domain: infraway589680565.wordpress.com
