Noit possible to close my account

  I tried to close my account weeks ago. All purchases have been canceled and refunded. However, I still get the following message:
  ‘We are still in the process of removing one or more of your sites. This process normally takes 15-20 minutes. Once the removal is complete, you should be able to close your account from this page.’

  Can anyone please provide me with a quick solution for this?
