Payment for upgrade doesn’t appear in the account

    Hi,
    A few weeks ago – I activated my WordPress account (and bought the domain matchmy.marketing). I paid 96 euro – I can see that on my bank account. Yet in my profile I only see a free account. Can we please check asap what’s wrong? Already tried everything but don’t understand what’s going on. I would really appreciate some direct support, but it seems impossible to find that.
