Problems transferring my domain

  Hi there,

  I have a problem in transferring a domain (zelfliefde.info) to wordpress https://wordpress.com/view/ikjijwijblog.wordpress.com. When I try to transfer the domain, the ´Wordpress-transfer-application´ keeps telling me my domain is locked. In fact I unlocked it and also checked it with the provider. Also the provider told me the privacy protection is disabled and is not ´private´. I don´t know why I can´t make it happen via the regular way. Any help will be welcome!!
