“Publishing failed. You are probably offline.”

    Our ICT specialist created an offline version of my company’s website for me to design the new website on – a transip website (?). Everything looks the same and I can install plug-ins for example, but if I want to make a page in order for me to actually start designing the website, it says: “Publishing failed. You are probably offline.”

    Which is of course true, since the ICT specialist made me an offline version so I can work on it behind the scenes. But I am not sure how I can fix this?

    Our ICT specialist says he has no idea about WordPress, so sadly I cannot ask him. Can anyone help me?
