    Hi there,

    I had a conversation with one of your colleagues about refunding my money because of cancellation of my WordPress account. Because I’ve used chargeback on my card he could not refund the money yet, but PayPal let solved the issue so I think it’s possible to refund now. I have a screenshot of yesterday’s conversation with one of your colleagues, if there is need of proof. Thanks in advance and if there is anything I need to do, please let me know.
