Refund after cancellation yearly subscription

In februari 2020 I subscripbed for a wordpress business account. I didn’t want to prolong it after one year, but it was set on ‘automatic prolongation’. On feb 24 this year my creditcard was charged, and on march 6th I cancelled everything. During the process I was told there would be no refund at all, since the billing was more than 3 days old. Last week I found out that the Dutch law (wet Van Dam) states that it must be possible to cancel a yearly subscription on a monthly basis, after the first year has passed. Excess payment must be refunded. Therefore, I would like to kindly request you to look into my subscription cancellation / billing; and to refund 11/12 of payment 54422099 (i.e. 275 euro).
