Removing image and link

  I accidentally put a pdf file on my blog, which should not have been there. I’ve deleted the file, but the link seems to continue to exist (and is still accessible for those with the link. How can I delete everything? (including the existing workpress link to this .pdf file?)

  I just want to add that clearing the cache and making the site private has not solved the problem…
