Sidebar Edin Theme

    I am trying to put widgets in the sidebar of my homepage. They do not show.
    What I don’t understand is that I actually added a widget before on sidebar of the contact page. I am doing exactly the same now, but instead of appearing on the homepage left to the text, it appears in the First Footer…
    I checked all the settings but I can’t figure out why the added widgets appear in the Footer and not the sidebar while I am for sure edditing the sidebar widget area…
    Help would be very welcome!
