Site can't be reached

    I can’t reach my own site anymore. Since upgrading to 5.5, my theme was not working anymore, so I installed another theme. It worked, but then my site broke and it can’t be accessed anymore. This problem only occurs while connected to WiFi.

    Things I did:
    1. Flushed DNS
    2. Renewed IP
    3. Cleared cache and cookies (both from browser and site itself with a plugin)
    4. Installed a reset-plugin and reset everything that has to do with cache and themes
    5. Since I’m getting a net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT error when pressing F12, I disabled AdBlocker but that did not do the trick either.

    Can someone please help me?
