STOP redirect. PLEASE

    Hello

    I cannot stop the redirect, nor the payment due for renewal. Backend of worpress site doesn’t show payments nor payments history. Just a message ‘redirect stopped last year’.
    But i received this mail today

    I do not want to continue.
    And i cannot close down WordPress site. It says there are redirects still…
    Wahat to doe? Please help
