Store old madia in the correct month-year folder in the media manager

  Hi , I have a question about ‘fooling’ the wp-media manager.
  I have an old 2017 site, and that media needs to be imported into my current wp site.
  Typically it will be stored in the current year-month-folder, afterwards the media is avaiable in wp.
  However, I need wp to import it in the right 2017 folder, rather then in the current year-month-folder.

  I know I can manually direct any link in a page to an old year-month folder.
  But this way, the 2017 link is NOT in the database, and thus it will lack the nice features of wp…

  I am thinking of a way to accomplish this.
  Question 1:
  How could I change the server date and time, in order for wp to ‘think’ it is 2017 rather then 2022, and the import will work normal.
  (This is just as if I were going back in time).

  Question 2:
  Or is ther another smart way to insert the data into an old year-month folder?
