Turn off welcome tekst

  Hello, I have a question about the welcome tekst because it’s new I had this never since I use WordPress. But since the last month when I open my WordPress and go to my blog site I get the welcome tekst guided tour for startes on WordPress at the bottom left of the screen. But I don’t use this and can’t remove this message only click on the cross to close this screen. Is it possible to remove this tekst because I could not find it,
