Why can't nobody see my home page?

  I think I have everything published, but nobody can see my main page. Only I can see it when I’m logged in.

  How can I make sure my home page is to be seen by everybody?

  Q2: How do I add the menu to all pages?
  Q3: How can I get the menu to stay on the screen whenever you scroll?
  Q4: Is there a “Go to Top”-block?
