WordPress possibilities?

    Hi,
    I’m looking into using WordPress/Woocommerce, but first I need to find out whether it offers the functionality I need. Could someone answer whether the following features are possible to build in, with plugin-ins or in different ways?
    – Asking visitors a few question (like answering a survey) and showing them recommendations (products) based on those questions.
    – building in machine learning (based on our own algorithm)
    – Building in an API so that products on another website are posted on our website.
    I hope you can help me out so I can hopefully start using WordPress!
