WP-admin page not working after restoring back-up

  Hello,

  After restoring the back up and moving the site to the same hosting provider but a different administrator account my wp-admin portal wont go past the login screen, it is just refreshing the page after clicking enter.

  Does anyone know what the issue can be? Because a friend of my is just saying to rebuild the website.
