WORDPRESS BLOCKED MY PAYMENTS!

    Hello.
    I own two companies, and run two shops. For the last months, me and my team built a website so we could start to sell online, which would be launched this week.

    We made all the contracts with shipping companies, payment gateways and all other kind of services we needed for your website to work.

    When the WordPress subscription plan was going to expire, we tried to pay, as we are using the plan and its features, but we just couldn’t pay, for some reason.

    Then, we tried to reach help and got an email with this message:

    “ Hi there,
    Thanks for reaching out. We reserve the right to limit purchases on WordPress.com sites, so payments will not be allowed for this account. Your site is online, and you may use it on our free plan for as long as you’d like without upgrades.”

    Did anyone ever experienced this kind of issue? How to reach the WordPress team?

    Ainda não me responderam e estou com medo de ter sido apenas um email automático…
