Browser crash: RESULT_CODE_HUNG

    While trying to connect an Instagram feed to my site with Smash Balloon, I got past these steps: clicking ‘Add new’, selecting ‘timeline’ in the ‘Select feed type’ option. When I click ‘Next’ to go to the next step, the browser guide crashes entirely. After some time crashed, a no response page warning pops up. Dismissing it will leave it froze forever,and clicking to leave the page takes me to a ‘RESULT_CODE_HUNG’ error screen.
    While talking to the AI Assistant, I already did the following:

    -Cleaned Browser’s cookies and cache;

    -Used different browsers, them being Chrome, Firefox, Edge and AVG Secure Browser;

    -Disabled extensions;

    -Used anonymous navigation.

    How can I fix this? Is it a issue regarding only my site or could this happen to anyone?
