Can’t renew business plan

    Hi let the payment date pass and I can’t renew my business plan subscription! It only appears a option for the pro plan, which I’m not interested. Can you help, please? My site is down and it can’t be.

    Yesterday I received an email with the following text ‘If you would like to return to the WordPress.com Business plan again, we do keep a full backup of your advanced content and site customizations for 14 days that can be restored.’ However I can’t seen to return to my old plan.

    Olá!

    Como o plano Negócios Mensal adicionado ao site casamentomariaefelipe.wordpress.com expirou no dia 28 de Abril e não foi renovado a tempo, ele foi removido do site.

    Adicionei o plano ao site novamente, por favor, renove-o até amanhã (4 de Abril) para evitar perder acesso a esse plano.

    Para renovar o plano, siga estes passos:

    1. Acesse Os meus sites > Melhoramentes > Planos.
    2. Clique em WordPress.com de Negócios.
    3. Clique em Renovar agora.
