'Continue Reading' Blog deviding link in englsh – how to change its language?

  Hi,

  By default, when I write a blog post and put a ‘Read More’ Tag on it with the rest of the blog text, the link the users see is in english (it says ‘Continue Reading’) and I would like it in Portuguese, which is the language set of the blog website. How can I change that?
