‘Continue Reading’ on the blog Home page after the post exert

    Hi!
    I’m now starting my blog here on WordPress. In my Home page appears exerts of my posts, in the end of every one of these says at blue ‘Continue Reading’ but my blog is all in my mother language (Portuguese) and I wanted to translate this!
    I’ve searched on help questions forums, watch youtube videos – nothing works!
    How can I change this?
