I receive error messages when I try to import Elementor templates

Hi,
I’m trying to import new Elementor templates (.json files) but I keep getting the following two error messages:
1.There has been a critical error on your website.
Learn more about debugging in WordPress.2. ‘Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’
I really need help.

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com servers. It is using the WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
More precisely, it is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
You can get more information about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completely separate entities, the staff members can not access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere.
Nevertheless, WordPress.org documentation also provides excellent resources for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software:
