I want a refund

    Wordpress automatically renewed something today (121€ in value) from my PayPal account. I want to cancel immediately, I wasn’t aware of this, it wasn’t showing up on accepted automatic payments on PayPal. I tried to charged back on PayPal, to no avail. I don’t intend to use this service, I just want my money back and never to deal with wordpress again. The fact that there’s no chat or phone support with a person is also unacceptable. Their page on money back policy is clear:

    “Refund Policy

    Our products can be canceled for a refund within the following timeframes:

    30 days – all plan purchases and renewals (for example, Blogger, Personal, Premium, Business, Ecommerce)
    96 hours for domain registrations and renewals – See this page for more information on domain cancellations
    30 days after the purchase of a Guided Transfer, or as soon as the site has been moved (whichever comes first)
    30 days after purchase for G-Suite email licenses and Premium Themes
    Paid Support Sessions are refundable prior to completion”

    Yet I see no place where I can cancel my plan renewal. Where can I do that?
