I’m not receiving new versions of either the plugins or WordPress

    Hello,

    My client’s website is not receiving automatically new versions of either the plugins or WordPress and I can’t understand why. I’ve read a lot of suggestions as clearing the browsers and the server caches, deactivating all plugin and activate them back again, deactivating only the plugins related with site security, allowing the WordPress to update automatically its version, no matter if it is a major, minor or patch update and no success.

    I don’t know what more I can do to fix this.

    The WordPress version is 6.2.3.
