Link bar on the top of the blog

    Guys, I’ve just made a partnership with a local newspaper and would like to insert, below the top image, a link bar (just click and direct to the paper site). My plan is the free one (at least by now), and I don’t want (right now) to change layout or personalize it, just put the bar. Any hint?
