Lost user admin account

  Hi

  We had a problem with the developer and he left only a visitor account for my wordpress website: http://clinica-dos-ossos.com/

  I can’t acess wp-admin and can’t create a new user.

  Would it be possible to get a help from the support team to acess this configure page?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com servers. It is using the WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
  It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
  You can get more information about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completely separate entities, the staff members can not access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere.
