Problem with Advertise Payment

    I made an advertise and the payment failed because of the card type I used (one time use only and you used it to verify, so the bank denied the payment, it’s a security system we have here). I need to give you a different card (one that you can verify and then charge) but I dont know were I can do it.
    The e-mail you sent me says to contact support. Can you help me pay you? Thanks
