problem with site

Hello. My name is Camille Lenox. My family owns an English course in Brasília, Brazil. We had a secretary years ago that built this site, but this employee has left and we have no more access to the account. There is a lot of information on it that is no longer relevant, one of the most important errors being that our address has changed and the site still offers the incorrect address and location. The staff is outdated, too. We would need to be able to access this account to either cancel it or improve and update the information. However, we have no idea what steps we need to take. We have an updated site that is being currently used, but since this one also appears online it is very confusing for people looking for our business.
