Problems in inserting / editing articles, pages and testimonial

  Good evening,

  We are facing immense problems in the insertion / editing of articles, pages and testimonial.
  We were unable to make new registrations at this time. Whenever you try to register one of the items mentioned, a ‘Connection has been reset’ error page returned.

  If we edit one of these items, the HTML editor is not loaded and its contents appear in a text box, with all white text.

  Specifications of our website:
  • WordPress 4.9.8
  • Topic: Conall

  Attempts to resolve:
  • Reinstalling Classic Editor
  • Reinstalling WordPress
  • Installing pending updates
  • Clean all caches
  • Installation of text editor ‘Gutenburg’
  • Deactivation of the text editor ‘Gutenburg’

  But the problems remain. When we installed the editor ‘Gutenburg’, it was not even possible to access the contents, appearing only one page identifying all the plugins not compatible with it.
