Subscription Renewal

    To whom it might concern,

    We are having some difficulties renewing our subscription with WordPress.
    The person responsible for the credit card used to pay last years subscription says she already made a payment, but he haven’t hear anything about the renewal yet.
    Can you confirm if you have received – or not – any payment related to Ponto Final’s account in WordPress?
