Website slow loading top 'management bar'

  Hello,

  My website is slow on a first connection for the administrator because the top menu bar that shows ‘My sites’ ‘Reader’ takes a long time to load.
  I’m not sure if this is related to a delicious widget I had and can’t remove. Delicious has stoped it’s services.
