About changing free plan to premium

  Hello!
  I want to change my free plan to premium. Does after paying and removing ‘wordpress’ in blog URL my blog remains the same (I mean theme, all posts etc.)? And what about external links to my site? After I change URLL from ‘boardgameslv.wordpress.com’ to ‘boardgameslv.com’ they will be redirected automatically?
