Comment section isn’t working

  Hi!
  I’ve set up my website a couple of days ago. Today I discovered a huge problem — users are not able to comment on my posts. There’s a special button for leaving comments, but when a user clicks on it, nothing happens.
  I’ve tried many options to cope with the problem — all basic settings are made in the right way + i’ve tried to use special plugins for comments — nothing helps.
  How can i solve this problem? Maybe it depends on a theme of my site (though I actually tried 2 diff themes and comments button still isn’t working).
