From hosting to local or how to import files

  I moved the site from the local server by changing the site address. In this hosting wordpress.com there is nothing. I only have a copy of the site made using the duplicator plugin. Tell me how to make it so that I go to the local server or import files to this hosting. I hope you understand the question. Thanks!
