how to access wp-content and update the plugin that is not showing on the dashboard?

    Hi,

    I am having a problem with accessing wp-content in order to update the Yoast plugin as it doesn’t appear in my dashboard anymore and I can not install it again it shows me an error saying that the

    Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.

    Then I have tried to download it as a zip file and upload it manually again it gave me an error.

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/content/n3pewpnaspod02_data02/48/41394448/html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/

    Plugin installation failed.

    I have tried to follow this destination and it has to lead me to PAGE NOT FOUND.

    Then I have downloaded the FileZilla and have tried to follow the instructions and connect the website in order to access the wp-content via FTP and delete the Yoast plugin and then try to install it again. But the connection has failed.

    Please help me as soon as possible as it affects my website meta description and heading, as well as SEO.
