Html-code isn't shown corectly

  Hi, I’m trying to insert 3rd-party widget to the page. In preview mode I can see it correctly, but after page publication there are only links.
  I use html-block and insert the next code there:

  Вопрос касается блога (видны только вошедшим пользователям).
