Incorrect charge

Hello! Today I was charged 66$ (48$+18$) for the domain I didn’t renew. I wrote to the support service and was told to cancel my domain in order to receive payment back. I did it right away, got the letter that only 48$ will be refunded. What about other 18$? Also, while I was cancelling the domain, I was charged another 18$ by wordpress. My question is when I will be refunded not 48$, but the WHOLE amount you charged me without asking me (84$)?
